Bodog Sued, Loses Domain Name

In what may end up being a landmark case against the online gambling industry in the US, Bodog has been ordered to pay $49 million in damages and have lost the use of their trademark domain name Bodog.com.

If PartyGaming is unsuccessful in their lobbying attempts to create a situation whereby they can re-enter the US, surely they will start pressing for US DoJ action against companies that chose to remain in the US.
