How to Take an Online Casino Screenshot

Casino Classic

Ever had a big jackpot win on an Online Slot at an online casino and wanted to show it off to your friends? What about an extraordinary occurrence that must be seen to be believed, such as a Blackjack dealer being dealt a 21 with eight aces? What about if your software crashes and throws up a weird error that you need to report to casino support? All of these situations are perfect moments to take what is called a "screenshot". Although taking a screenshot is relatively simple, it may not be something that a non-technical person is aware of. The following guide will step you through the process of taking your first casino screenshot!

1) The first step is to make sure you are looking at the screen you want to capture. This may sound obvious, but a screenshot is designed to capture exactly what you see on your screen, so if you click on another screen then you might miss capturing your big win!

2) Now when you are looking at the screen that you want to capture, all you have to do is hit the "PrtScrn" (or similar) button on your keyboard which stands for "Print Screen".

3) You may be concerned that nothing appears to have happened when you press the "PrtScrn" key, but in actual fact your exact screen has been captured at the precise moment that you pressed the key and saved the image into temporary memory.

4) The next step is to copy the saved image from your temporary memory into an application where we can view/edit/save the image. To do this you will have to open another application. Any photo editing application such as MS Paint, Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia Fireworks is perfect for editing and saving images. Alternatively you can open Microsoft Word and drop the image straight into a new document. Or if you are emailing the image you can even open a new mail message in Microsoft Outlook to send the image straight away.

5) No matter which application you chose to use, you will need to open a new picture/document/message in order to save the image. Now simply go to the "Edit" menu and click "Paste" (or use the shortcut keys CTRL+V). The screen capture image that you collected should now appear.

6) If you've captured the wrong screen or you aren't totally happy with the screen capture, it's not a problem, just go back to the first step and try again!

7) If you are happy with the image then save the file to your hard drive and you are ready to send it as an attachment to an email.

Now you know the steps involved, you will be able to easily use a screenshot to save and send your favorite casino memories to your friends or email casino support to report software errors.

Imagine you hit the big jackpot playing one of the Progressive Jackpot Online Slot machines at Casino Classic. You may have won one of the biggest ever cash prizes at an online casino! You'd be majorly disappointed if you didn't know how to take a casino screenshot to capture the moment to share with family, friends and the world for years to come!
