CryptoLogic Lists on the London Stock Exchange

Online casino software development firm CryptoLogic has just received listing approval for the London Stock Exchange following the company's reorganization.

CryptoLogic (LSE: CRP) designs online casino and online poker software and dozens of respected online casinos and poker rooms use their online gambling platform, including InterCasino, one of the earliest online casinos launched over a decade ago.

CrytoLogic offers over 200 classic and unique online casino games on its casino platform, including the popular Marvel Super Hero slots games and Millionaires Club, a progressive jackpot slot game that recently made one lucky player $8 million richer when he hit the world record online jackpot.

CryptoLogic has achieved success since being listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange since 1996, but with over 90% of their revenues coming from the UK and Europe, CryptoLogic shareholders approved a proposal on May 24 to list on the LSE.

CryptoLogic (LSE: CRP) is currently trading at 1268p (at time of writing).
