888 to Launch Live Casino Gaming in Asia

Online gambling giant 888 Holdings has announced they will join the push into the Asian online gambling market, having signed a deal with Entertasia, a leading provider for gaming solutions for Asian operations.

Under the terms of the agreement signed by Casino-on-Net 888 and Entertasia, operations for the Asian-facing live casino will be managed by a Philippines-based operating company, while 888 will leverage its robust marketing channels to acquire new customers in the region.

The new deal will also include a new Asian-faced sportsbook product in partnership with E-Sky, a specialized Asian sportsbook.

The new services will be launched in multiple Asian territories and languages in Q1 2008, and is evidence of 888's dedication to expanding their brand into the Asia-Pacific region, widely considered the fastest growing market for online gambling.

888 CEO Gigi Levy said:
